Human-Centered-Design (HCD) for crisis response design work
This presentation builds upon the HCD-toolkit developed by IDEO. By applying the HCD-toolkit, designers of crisis response technology can quickly gain insights and elaborate on a range of possible design ideas in just a very short time frame.
