DIGITALIZATION IN SPORTS

I got an update from FireHouse Software about a new application they developed to also run on an Apple Ipad. The application targets the tasks of fire and safety inspections. What is cool from my point of view is to see that not all technical gadgets for emergency and fire services must be rugged and able to sustain an earthquake. Using premium consumer devices is perhaps a much better way to go, especially since such devices seems to be very user-friendly. I have not run the FireInspection software so I have no clue of how well Firehouse managed the implementation. But I think it is a nice approach that more software providers in this domain should adopt, namley: make your software available on premium consumer devices.
