Last night, I found this book on then web. I have just had a brief look at it using the books.google.com and it looks promising (see for your self). I ordered the book on Amazon.com and bought a used one, for only 2.97 (dollars).
The book is dealing with crisis management and how information technology could improve such work. The book seems to have a nice structure. There is also a discussion on how researchers and practitioners should or could work together to advance the use of information technology in incident and crisis respone & management.
