Reporting ethnographical material in academic texts

As part of my research project, I conduct field studies using an ethographically-inspired approach. The material collected in these studies are to some extent a bit hard to fit into a seven pages research paper. The material is very rich consisting of observations, video clips, interviews and “war-stories”. A reviewer on a recent paper gave me the advice to have a look on an article from the Organization Science journal to find some advice to improve the presentation of such data.
